When the moon is on it's way to being a full moon, (waxing moon) that is, the period of time between the new moon and the full moon, it is best to wish for things to come to you. Money, health, success, whatever your wish. When the moon has moved out of the full moon stage, and is getting smaller, (waning moon) on it's way to the next new moon, make your wish to banish from your life what you want to be gone. Poverty, ill health, bad luck, etc. Light the votive, make your wish, and let the candle burn out by itself. Best to do this when you're going to be around all day. Green color for money, job, finances. Red color for love, relationships. White for your health, someone else's health, purity. SPECIFIC INTENT CANDLES Like our votives, these candles may be used for meditation also. The color and fragrance are specific to the intention. A pewter blessing ring with the intention is included with the candle. The blessing ring can be hung from a keychain, necklace, or bracelet. These candles make wonderful gifts, and after the candle is burned, the blessing ring makes a great reminder. Each candle is highly scented, and 2 1/2 inches diameter by 3 inches tall.
